Shipping information

As a small team, we handle all fulfillment ourselves. We offer standard shipping and you will receive a tracking email once your order is shipped. We are not liable for issues related to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If your tracking info says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your shipping provider for updates. Wanderlands is not responsible for issues related to undeliverable or incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or delays caused by delivery partners.

Currently we only ship orders to the United States. 

Damaged orders

If your order was damaged during shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us with a description and photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.

Return/exchange policy:

Due to food safety reasons, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time. If you have an issue with your order, we want to hear from you. Please contact us and we'll help you out.
